Cherisa Dawn Hays has been published in “Who’s Who for Students” several times throughout her schooling years. She has earned various awards for writing in English contests and research papers. She currently is a ghostwriter for several anonymous individuals.. She has stated that, “writing is more than a pastime. It is a passion of the written [or typed] word and how one person can make a difference in such a large, vast world.”

She is a wife and mother of two wonderful girls, oldest was born 2006 and youngest in 2008. The joys and tribulations of being stay-at-home are described as the hardest but most rewarding opportunity. Already in the process of home-schooling, gives credit to a great deal of information and knowledge in areas of parenting, schooling, home-schooling, immunizations, home birthing, midwives and more. Providing first-hand knowledge from experience along with sound, solid, factual evidence is crucial.

A loving husband makes the marriage easy and they have found their way through difficulties that many go through. Helping others through similar difficulties is yet another area in human relationships that has been studied and experienced.

An Arch Druidess of ten years and leader of many others who follow the Druidic belief system has enriched her life with a cultural and historically knowledge. Her studies and dedication have helped and continue to help many. Being the dedicated mentor who cares for the world has earned the confidences of those she helps instruct. She is well versed in many aspects of esotericism.

With many other hobbies of interest and life pursuits, she remains a writer at heart who enjoys taking these hobbies to paper [or now to the computer]. Among the many hobbies are many years of study in the martial arts, Tae Kwon Do, where she received a well-earned 1st degree black belt in 2002. After returning from a break of starting a family, she is headed toward the goal of her 2nd degree.She has owned, raised and trained a multitude of various animals and even won scientific rewards for her research into the genetic patterns of Holland Lop rabbits.

She follows the advice from an admired author George R.R. Martin who, when asked the question, “how does one become an author,” replied that the first step was to “write something every day.” She continues to write on varying topics and is in the process of revising her first fiction novel which she is in hopes will be published and found in bookstores around the country.
